My name is Sara Spitzer. Back in the early 1990's (which feels like light years away) a friend took me to my first yoga class. I felt like I finally found home, a place to go where I felt relaxed, grounded yet energised.
However I was in my mid 20's and I quickly became sidetracked into aerobics with shiny leotards... and yes of the string kind!!!! However, even though the allure of bling was popular, I felt drawn to yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha.... like coffee so many varieties to choose from.
In 2010 I completed the Qi Hatha Yoga Lvl 1 Teacher Training Course. Aside from my wonderful family, its been one of the best things to happen to me.
In February 2011, I completed the Zenergy Yoga Kids Yoga Teacher Training. 20 hours of education, bonding, laughing, crawling around being a hippo and more funny stuff.
I thank all my Yoga Teachers and those girlfriends who introduced me to the wide world of Yoga.
